Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program

The Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program in Cherryvale, KS, is dedicated to supporting individuals recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. This free program offers a comprehensive 12-month curriculum designed to educate participants on effective diabetes management in both English and Spanish. Participants will receive six informative e-booklets tailored to guide them through their journey, along with a monthly e-newsletter packed with seasonal tips and local community event information. By providing their phone numbers, enrollees can also join the monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A series, where they can engage with American Diabetes Association experts, ask vital questions, explore the connection between diabetes and heart health, and access helpful giveaways.
