MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Burlington, KS, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, ensuring they have access to personalized weight management services that align with their unique needs. We offer a variety of comprehensive treatment options, including engaging group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home support. For those who prefer self-management, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, alongside options for weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have not achieved their weight goals through our program. Our services are tailored to meet individual needs, and we encourage Veterans interested in managing their weight to reach out to their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider to begin their journey towards a healthier lifestyle.
