Participants will receive six informative e-booklets tailored to their needs, monthly e-newsletters filled with seasonal tips and resources, and updates on local community events. Enrollees can also opt to join our monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A sessions, where they can pose questions to diabetes specialists from the American Diabetes Association, enhance their understanding of the connection between diabetes and heart health, and enjoy giveaways that promote thriving with diabetes.
