The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Atchison, KS, is dedicated to fostering a food system that promotes social, environmental, and economic justice. Through hands-on training and mentorship, our program empowers Fellows to become advocates and educators in sustainable agriculture. Over a transformative six-month immersive experience at our campus, participants engage in organic food system education, cultivate diversified crops, and implement innovative community health initiatives. By working alongside local organizations, Fellows support vital programs such as school gardens, farmers markets, and healthy food access initiatives. We strive to make our fellowship accessible by charging no tuition, and encourage aspiring change-makers to apply by March each year for a unique journey that runs from May to October, culminating in impactful community service.
