With substantial experience in addressing grief, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, as well as working with survivors of suicide and those facing attachment injuries, Deanna employs a holistic and systemic approach in her practice. Trained in Gottman Level 1 and Sand Tray therapy, her trauma-informed practice utilizes Attachment Theory, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Guided by her Christian faith, Deanna's main focus is to meet her clients where they are on their personal journeys and help them achieve their goals. She enjoys working with individuals aged 5 and older, couples, parents and children, and families, fostering a supportive environment for growth and healing.
