Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program

The Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program in Andover, KS, is a comprehensive, free initiative designed for individuals recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Over the course of 12 months, participants receive essential education and support to manage their condition effectively. The program includes six informative e-booklets tailored to various aspects of diabetes management, a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and resources in both English and Spanish, and updates on local community events. Enrollees who provide their phone numbers can also join our monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A sessions, where they can engage with American Diabetes Association specialists to address their questions, explore the connection between diabetes and heart health, and participate in exciting giveaways.
