Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA)

Located in Abilene, KS, the Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) program is dedicated to providing comprehensive support and clinical services for patients aged 13 and older who are undergoing treatment for cancer or blood disorders. Our multidisciplinary team, comprised of physicians, nurses, nutritionists, social workers, and child life specialists, works collaboratively to address the unique needs of adolescents and young adults in this challenging time. We prioritize our patients and their families, valuing their feedback to continually enhance the quality of care. With services that encompass nutrition planning, fertility counseling, and emotional support, the AYA program ensures a smooth transition into adult care while empowering young patients throughout their treatment journey.
