MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Westfield, IN, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and to connect them with tailored weight management options that suit their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of care options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program that provides in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer a more independent approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is also available. Additionally, for Veterans who have struggled despite participating in MOVE!, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
