Rebecca Peters, a dedicated Counselor with credentials including LMHC, RPT-S, and NCC, understands that raising children can be both one of the hardest and the most rewarding jobs. She recognizes that when a child has undergone trauma, experienced transitions, or faces other challenges, the path can become even more complex. Rebecca works compassionately with children and their families to help them navigate and integrate their distinct experiences in the world. There is always hope, help, and support available for children struggling with trauma, grief and loss, transitions, ADHD, anxiety, defiance, depression, and general worries. She believes deeply in the transformative power of play and the innate ability of children and families to evolve toward health and healing. By communicating in a child's first language of play, Rebecca emphasizes the strengths of both the child and their family, allowing them to collaboratively address their struggles. She recognizes that a child's relationship with their family acts as the cornerstone of how they perceive and interact with the world around them. With extensive experience in supporting young children and their families through trauma and loss, Rebecca adopts an integrative approach, tailoring her methods to the unique needs of each family.
