Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Washington, IN, provides vital, free meal support geared towards individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient stages of eating disorder recovery. Our program facilitates live, virtual group meals that foster a safe and welcoming environment for participants to share nourishment and experiences. We offer meal support four times a day, with two lunch and two dinner sessions, allowing flexibility for individuals to attend as their schedules permit. Each session is guided by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program, who are diligently pursuing their CNS certification. While we focus on creating a supportive space for nutrition, it is important to note that this program is not designed for urgent care or crisis situations.
