MOVE! Weight Management Program

Located in Warsaw, IN, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and lives of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission includes annual screenings for obesity at VA facilities, personalized referrals to weight management services, and a range of treatment options tailored to fit the unique preferences and needs of each Veteran. Participants can engage in group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, or take advantage of TeleMOVE! for in-home support. The MOVE! Coach mobile app offers a convenient self-management tool for those who prefer a more independent approach. For Veterans facing persistent weight-related challenges, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
