First Steps

First Steps is a dedicated early intervention program located in Terre Haute, IN, committed to supporting families with infants and toddlers, ages birth to three, who are facing developmental delays or have conditions that may affect their development. Our compassionate team provides comprehensive evaluations covering all areas of your child’s growth and connects families with a knowledgeable Service Coordinator who assists in navigating local resources for various social and financial needs. With a range of direct services including audiology, developmental therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech and language pathology, nursing, nutrition, psychological support, social work, and vision services, First Steps ensures that care is tailored to each child's unique situation. We base service costs on family income, with our Service Coordinator there to guide families through the calculation process, reflecting our commitment to accessible support for all.
