MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in South Bend, IN, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to screen every Veteran in VA facilities annually for obesity, providing tailored referrals to weight management services that align with their individual needs and preferences. Our comprehensive offerings include group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans can also benefit from the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management, as well as access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who require additional assistance.
