KidneyCare:365, located in South Bend, IN, is dedicated to empowering individuals with vital education about kidney health and chronic kidney disease (CKD). Our program is especially beneficial for those who have recently been diagnosed, caregivers, or anyone preparing for dialysis. Participants will gain insights into understanding the symptoms and stages of CKD, nutritional guidance tailored for kidney health, coping strategies, and available treatment options, including home dialysis.
