Tracey Lynn Malesa-wheaton

Tracey Lynn Malesa-Wheaton is a dedicated clinical social worker and therapist, holding a master's degree in social work (MSW) and is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). With a wealth of experience treating a wide range of issues, she currently focuses on supporting individuals who seek help with processing and reintegrating after grief and loss. Additionally, she works with those at a psychospiritual crossroads who wish to explore themes of uncovering their higher purpose and finding deeper meaning and fulfillment in life. Through a transpersonal lens, Tracey draws from a variety of fascinating and non-pathologizing schools of thought. Her approach, while acknowledging the challenges, invites a joyful and heart-opening quality to the therapeutic journey. Known for her down-to-earth and intuitive nature, she offers a spiritual (but not religious) framework in her sessions. Clients will find her to be warm, compassionate, kind, and non-judgmental. Her primary aim is to create a safe space for clients to explore, express, and derive meaning from their experiences of loss. As a skilled transpersonal therapist, Tracey encourages the use of diverse tools, including meditation, guided visualization, shamanic journeying, dream work, art, ritual, journaling, and mindfulness practices, to help clients delve into their internal spaces, release their wounds, and intentionally shape a more meaningful existence.
