Dessie Kammer, MS, LMHC, LCPC, NCC, brings a wealth of 20 years of experience to her therapeutic practice, providing support to individuals across all ages, including preteens, children, teens, adults, and elders. Understanding that life’s demands can often feel overwhelming, Dessie is dedicated to guiding her clients through their unique journeys, helping them uncover the solutions needed to lead fulfilling lives. She is licensed in both Indiana and Illinois, offering a fully virtual practice that prioritizes convenience and comfort, allowing her clients to explore their challenges from the safety of their own environments. Dessie's team includes two associates who are available for afternoon and evening sessions, ensuring timely access to care without a waiting list. With training in trauma-informed care, she addresses a variety of concerns, including mood disorders, anxiety, and school-related issues. Dessie employs a range of therapy types such as Trauma Focused, EMDR, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, tailored to individual, couple, and family needs.
