The Meal Support Program in Plymouth, IN, is dedicated to offering compassionate, free meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating recovery from eating disorders at the outpatient level. Our engaging, live, and facilitated virtual drop-in meal sessions create a nurturing environment where participants can enjoy meals together while receiving essential nutritional guidance. With meals scheduled four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner sessions, individuals have the flexibility to join as often as they wish, fitting it seamlessly into their routine. Each session is led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program, who are actively pursuing their CNS certification, ensuring that participants receive knowledgeable and supportive assistance. Please note that while we provide valuable meal support, we are not a crisis intervention service. For urgent needs, we encourage reaching out to crisis support services directly.
