MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Peru, IN, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. We strive to screen all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, ensuring that they are connected to tailored treatment options that align with their individual needs and preferences. Our program offers a variety of supportive services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for those who prefer in-home support. Additionally, the MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans to manage their weight independently. For those facing ongoing challenges, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
