Perinatal Education Classes

Our classes, including Virtual Childbirth 101, Virtual Breastfeeding 101, Virtual Baby Care 101, and both virtual and in-person Infant CPR training, help you feel prepared and confident as you approach parenthood. To ensure participation, we encourage families to register by 24 weeks into their pregnancy, allowing all classes to be completed by 36 weeks.
