Based in New Albany, IN, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to providing vital Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to individuals eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports programs, or the Older Americans Act. We offer meals thoughtfully designed by a Registered Dietitian, meeting specific nutritional needs for general well-being and addressing medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are crafted to be free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, ensuring safe and healthy options. N4L serves Medicaid and Older Americans Act beneficiaries, while also providing a convenient self-pay program for those in need of home-delivered meals without qualifying for government assistance, all for an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal. Additionally, we offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services.
