Cancer Transitions is a supportive program in Munster, IN designed specifically for cancer survivors who have completed their treatment. Tailored for individuals who have finished treatment within the last 24 months, the program also offers valuable resources for those further along in their survivorship journey. Participants benefit from essential nutritional support, personalized exercise plans, comprehensive emotional health education, and medical management guidance.
