MOVE! Weight Management Program

Located in Merrillville, IN, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management solutions. Our mission is to screen all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with the appropriate resources that meet their unique needs. We offer a variety of services designed to empower Veterans on their weight loss journey, including engaging group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, the innovative TeleMOVE! system for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-management. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options for Veterans who continue to face challenges after participating in our programs.
