We cater to eligible individuals under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and the Older Americans Act, as well as providing self-pay options for those looking for meal delivery. Our expert team, including Registered Dietitians, carefully designs meals that not only meet general health needs but also address specific medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. With a focus on quality, our meals are free from common allergens like dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. If you need our services but don’t qualify for assistance, our self-pay program offers you the flexibility to select your meals for just $7.75 each.
