Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program

The Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program, located in Lawrenceburg, IN, is dedicated to empowering individuals recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. This free, comprehensive program supports participants over a 12-month journey of learning about diabetes management at a comfortable pace. Available in both English and Spanish, the initiative offers six informative e-booklets tailored to address various aspects of living with diabetes, along with a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and local community resources. Participants also have the opportunity to join our monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A sessions, where they can engage with American Diabetes Association experts, gain insights about diabetes and heart health, and access helpful giveaways to enhance their wellness. By providing these essential tools and resources, we aim to foster a supportive environment that encourages individuals to thrive in their diabetes management journey.
