MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Lafayette, IN, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and connected with personalized weight management options tailored to their needs and preferences. We offer a range of services including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program, which provides in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer a self-guided approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available to help manage weight effectively. Additionally, we offer access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who require further assistance after participating in MOVE!.
