MOVE! Weight Management Program

Located in Hobart, IN, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management strategies. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with personalized weight management services that meet their needs. We offer a variety of options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for in-home messaging and clinician support. Veterans who prefer to manage their weight independently can utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app. For those facing ongoing challenges, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
