MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Griffith, IN is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to support Veterans in their journey towards a healthier weight by screening them annually at VA facilities and connecting them to tailored weight management options that suit their individual needs. We offer a variety of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for remote support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management. For Veterans facing more persistent challenges, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after exploring other options.
