Ember Rose (jessica) Troxell

Ember Rose Troxell, a dedicated pre-licensed professional intern, embodies a wellness and wholeness approach to healing the mind, body, and soul. She is committed to creating a safe space for individuals to unburden their hearts, explore the roots of their pain and struggles, and support their healing journeys with essential tools for fostering a brighter future. Recognizing that seeking support often arises when challenges feel overwhelming, Ember assures her clients that they are not alone. With a deep sense of empathy and understanding, she listens intently, providing the acceptance and space needed for personal growth. Ember's passion lies in working with women who have experienced long-term relationship difficulties or trauma, addressing issues such as emotional and relational challenges, self-esteem, identity struggles, perfectionism, sexual intimacy concerns, codependency, and chronic or autoimmune illnesses. Additionally, she supports clients navigating LGBTQ+ issues and more. Understanding that each individual is unique, Ember customizes therapeutic plans that may include cognitive therapies like CBT and EFT, along with expressive therapies such as Art, Music, and Sandtray. Together, clients and Ember explore past experiences, family dynamics, self-care practices, and relationship patterns to help identify the life they want and deserve.
