MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Fishers, IN, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive weight management and health promotion approach. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, ensuring they are connected to tailored weight management services that meet their individual needs. We offer a variety of options, including engaging group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and innovative TeleMOVE! in-home messaging for ongoing support. For those who prefer independent management, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available to facilitate self-guided weight loss journeys. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing persistent weight-related challenges.
