Paul Mefford, a licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist with an MTh and LCSW, is dedicated to a holistic treatment approach that empowers both teens and adults. With thirty-five years of diverse experience in various therapeutic environments, Paul possesses a profound understanding of the complexities individuals face, including coping skills, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD. He passionately believes in the potential for change, aiming to create a safe and nurturing space for clients to explore their personal journeys. Paul's expertise spans multiple modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, family and marital therapy, as well as Emotional Therapy Techniques (EFT). In addition to his therapeutic practice, Paul is also a licensed massage therapist, reiki master, and craniosacral therapist, further enriching his ability to facilitate healing and growth.
