MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in East Chicago, IN, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to routinely screen Veterans receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management options that suit their individual needs and preferences. We offer a range of services including engaging group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, the innovative TeleMOVE! program for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who wish to self-manage their weight journey. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
