MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Dyer, IN, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and given access to tailored weight management services that prioritize their unique needs and preferences. We offer a range of options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who wish to manage their weight independently, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, alongside medical interventions such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for individuals who continue to face challenges after participating in MOVE!.
