Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Decatur, IN, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support tailored for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers safe, facilitated virtual group meals, creating a welcoming environment for participants to receive nutritional support while engaging with peers. We host meal support sessions four times daily, accommodating two lunch and two dinner times, allowing flexibility to fit individual schedules. Led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, each session ensures a nurturing space where participants can focus on recovery and nourishment through shared meals.
