Cancer Transitions is a dedicated program located in Connersville, IN, specifically designed to support cancer survivors who have recently completed their treatment. Aiming to empower individuals within 24 months of their diagnosis, the program also extends its valuable resources to those farther along in their survivorship journey. We offer a comprehensive approach to recovery that includes nutritional guidance, personalized exercise plans, emotional health education, and medical management support.
