MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Columbus, IN is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them to tailored weight management resources that meet their individual needs. We offer a variety of care options including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Additionally, Veterans can utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management. For those who require further assistance, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after utilizing our standard resources.
