Obesity Wellness Network (O.W.N.)

The Obesity Wellness Network (O.W.N.) in Columbia City, IN, is dedicated to helping individuals struggling with obesity improve their health through practical and small lifestyle changes. Our program offers a free one-year membership at the Renaissance Pointe YMCA, designed specifically for low-income individuals facing obesity. With a focus on attainable steps, we encourage participants to engage with our community by attending quarterly health sessions and participating weekly at the Y. While we currently have a waiting list, assistance is provided on a first-come, first-served basis because we believe everyone deserves the chance to embark on their wellness journey.
