MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Avon, IN, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans through a comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiative. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities annually for obesity and to connect them to tailored weight management services that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a range of supportive options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home assistance, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-managed approach. For Veterans who are persistent in their weight challenges, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
