Cancer Transitions is a supportive program based in Auburn, IN, designed for survivors of any cancer diagnosis who have recently finished their treatment. While the primary focus is on those who have completed treatment within the past 24 months, the program remains beneficial for survivors at any point in their healing journey. We are dedicated to empowering individuals through tailored nutritional support, customized exercise plans, and essential education in both emotional health and medical management. Our mission is to help cancer survivors thrive, rebuilding their lives with the resources and encouragement they need.
