The Meal Support Program in Quincy, IL, is dedicated to providing free, accessible, and eating disorder-informed meal assistance for individuals aged 16 and older who are in outpatient recovery. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual group meals designed to create a safe and supportive environment for participants to nourish themselves while connecting with others on similar journeys. With meal support sessions available four times daily for lunch and dinner, individuals can easily integrate these sessions into their schedules, attending as often as they feel comfortable. Led by nutrition practitioners training within the Clinician’s Incubator program, our sessions ensure participants receive expert guidance as they navigate their recovery. Please note that while we offer essential support, we are not a crisis intervention service; for immediate assistance, we recommend reaching out to emergency services.
