Youth HYPE Housing Program

At the Youth HYPE Housing Program in Chicago, IL, we believe that everyone deserves a safe and stable place to call home. Our dedicated team empowers young adults aged 18-24 to take charge of their housing situation through personalized support and education. As part of Northwest Compass, we provide crucial services including a Walk-In Entry Point Center in the North Suburban region, connecting individuals with essential resources to combat homelessness. Our program offers limited financial assistance for homeless prevention, money management counseling, and career coaching to help clients become job-ready and secure employment. We are also proud partners of the Greater Chicago Food Depository, assisting with SNAP and Medicaid applications, and offering a food pantry accessible to all residents each month, ensuring that everyone has their nutritional needs met. We treat each individual with respect and compassion, understanding the emotional toll of a housing crisis, and work tirelessly to transform challenges into opportunities. All our services are offered free of charge, and we warmly welcome anyone in need to reach out or visit us.
