As the only Urban Indian Health Program in Illinois, AIHSC provides culturally sensitive, high-quality care for individuals across all ages and stages of life. Our services include chronic disease management for conditions like asthma, diabetes, and hypertension, along with cancer screenings, vaccinations, mental health screenings, and a wide range of women’s health services. We also cater to children and adolescents by providing well-child exams, immunizations, and urgent care. AIHSC accepts various insurance plans and offers a self-pay sliding scale to accommodate all patients, especially the uninsured or underinsured.
