The Blue Circle Health Program

Located in Zephyrhills, FL, The Blue Circle Health Program is dedicated to empowering individuals living with Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) through a comprehensive, free virtual care initiative. Our mission is to provide personalized support and essential resources that enable participants to effectively manage their condition. Each individual receives a tailored care plan lasting approximately six months, which addresses their specific T1D-related requirements. Our program offers a range of services, including clinical care, insulin adjustments, insurance navigation, counseling, and one-on-one peer support. Additionally, we provide health and nutrition education, access to T1D medications and supplies, and ongoing virtual support, ensuring that everyone in our program feels cared for and equipped to thrive.
