Tracy Murphy

Tracy Murphy leads Lotus, which offers a uniquely enriching therapeutic experience. The groups and sessions focus on a whole-person perspective that helps clients explore fundamental questions such as 'Who Am I?' and 'How did I get here?'. Tracy and the team assist individuals and their families in addressing core issues related to fear, acceptance, rejection, coping mechanisms, and thought distortion. Utilizing a primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) model, alongside Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and other modalities, they provide clients with every opportunity to self-reflect and work toward meaningful successes. With a staff of experts in their respective fields, Lotus is committed to creating individualized experiences tailored to the needs of each client. Their comprehensive array of services includes outpatient and individual therapy, substance use and mental health evaluations, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) for adults and adolescents aged 13-17, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) for adolescents and young adults, group therapy, family support groups, relapse prevention, aftercare services, prevention outreach, and upcoming residential services for teens. Recognizing that many individuals struggling with addiction initially believe they can quit independently, Tracy and her team understand the challenges that arise when most attempts at self-stop fail.
