The Healthy Start Coalition in Winter Garden, FL, is dedicated to improving health and developmental outcomes for pregnant women and young children. Our mission focuses on reducing infant mortality and the incidence of low birth weight babies through comprehensive support services tailored to meet the needs of families. We offer targeted outreach and care coordination to ensure access to vital healthcare, alongside education programs in childbirth, parenting, nutrition, and breastfeeding. Our compassionate team also provides psychosocial support, tobacco education and cessation counseling, and home visiting services to empower mothers and families. We welcome all pregnant women who are at high risk for poor pregnancy outcomes, regardless of their marital, economic, or immigration status, to participate in our program, including postpartum women and infants up to age three.
