Healthy Start Coalition - Jefferson, Madison, and Taylor

Healthy Start Coalition of Jefferson, Madison, and Taylor, located in Wellington, FL, is dedicated to improving the health and developmental outcomes of pregnant women and their children up to age three. Our mission is to reduce infant mortality and the incidence of low birth weight babies through a range of essential support services that address the unique risks faced by families. We provide outreach, care coordination, childbirth education, parenting support, nutrition counseling, psychosocial counseling, tobacco education and cessation programs, breastfeeding support, and home visits. We welcome all pregnant women, regardless of their marital, economic, or immigration status, who may be at high risk for poor pregnancy outcomes, including postpartum women and their infants.
