Nancy Graham

Nancy Graham, MS, LMHC, is a dedicated counselor specializing in providing support for individuals facing life's unexpected challenges. She understands that adapting to change can be tough, and having a compassionate listener who offers non-judgmental support can make all the difference during difficult moments. Nancy takes great pride in creating a safe space where clients can freely express their emotions. With experience as a former Army soldier and an Airforce spouse, she is intimately familiar with the anxiety and uncertainty inherent in life’s journey. While her primary focus is on trauma in children and adolescents, Nancy is also well-equipped to assist adults dealing with anxiety, depression, and PTSD. She is certified in EMDR and TF-CBT and incorporates elements of play therapy and sand tray therapy in her practice. Her collaborative approach ensures that each client’s unique goals are prioritized, using empathetic listening, compassion, and evidence-based therapeutic methods to help them overcome obstacles. Nancy believes that with the right knowledge, tools, and encouragement, everyone can successfully navigate through life's ups and downs.
