Laurel Jones understands that everyone encounters challenging moments in life where they may need an unbiased, non-judgmental, and safe space to navigate their struggles. Her mission as a counselor is to create this supportive environment in a holistic, clinical, and authentic manner. She looks at each client from multiple perspectives—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual—recognizing their intrinsic value and worthiness. Laurel is dedicated to helping individuals overcome barriers to their dreams and goals, whether those obstacles include depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, or interpersonal difficulties. With a passion for experiential therapy methods, she engages clients in activities such as playing games, painting, drawing, listening to music, or writing, to facilitate the therapeutic process. This approach not only makes clients feel more comfortable addressing tough issues but also allows for deeper exploration. While counseling may not be something one plans to seek out, Laurel believes that when the time comes, it can be the guiding force that steers life toward desired directions. She is committed to being that vital investment in her clients' journey toward mental wellness and personal growth, providing effective and compassionate support.
