Bethany Phillips

Bethany Phillips is a dedicated and compassionate drug and alcohol counselor, certified addiction professional (CAP), with an extensive background in dual diagnosis and a personal connection to addiction that informs her practice. With four years of professional experience in the field, she comprehensively understands the challenges that addiction poses, particularly in family dynamics. Bethany specializes in working with adult children raised in environments affected by addiction, offering valuable coping skills, insights into co-dependency, and guidance through the stages of change.

Her approach involves not only individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs but also support for family members, helping them learn to distinguish the addiction from the individual. Understanding that addiction encompasses far more than what is visible, Bethany is currently expanding her expertise through studies in trauma-informed care and sex/porn addiction (SPARC), along with a major in Criminal Justice.
