The Blue Circle Health Program

The Blue Circle Health Program, located in The Villages, FL, is dedicated to empowering individuals living with Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) through its comprehensive free virtual care program. We understand the complexities of managing T1D, which is why we tailor individual care plans to meet the unique needs of each participant over a six-month period. Our program encompasses essential services including clinical care, insulin adjustments, insurance navigation, counseling, and one-on-one peer support.
