Our program offers essential financial resources tailored specifically for those in need, including a $200 financial grant, and $100 gas and grocery cards to alleviate the burden of necessary expenses. We also provide access to psycho-social counseling sessions with licensed clinical social workers and genetic counseling via phone, ensuring holistic support during this challenging journey. To apply, we encourage patients to have their healthcare providers submit applications, which are processed based on funding availability.
